Coaching Framework

At the Acceleration Coach, we help middle ​and high school teachers, instructional ​coaches, and principals strategically address ​challenges related to student achievement, ​school culture, and new teacher onboarding.


Our approach is tailored to meet each client's ​unique needs, ensuring they receive the ​attention and support necessary to achieve ​their goals.


Customized Services

Coaching Services are available for ​an academic quarter (nine weeks), ​semester (eighteen weeks), or year ​(ten months). Ninety-minute ​strategy sessions are also ​available.

Yvette Blue

About the Coach

Yvette’s journey in education began early, with a passion ignited in ninth grade when she tutored students in reading ​and math at her former elementary school. Her dedication to fostering student success led her to pursue an ​undergraduate degree in education. For over thirteen years, Yvette inspired middle schoolers in both public and ​private schools, working to bridge educational gaps in urban and rural communities alike.


Driven by a desire to expand her influence beyond the classroom, Yvette earned two graduate degrees, positioning her ​to take on transformative leadership roles. As an assistant principal, principal, and assistant superintendent, she ​spearheaded initiatives that improved student outcomes, developed teacher capacity, and fostered school-wide ​excellence. Her forward-thinking leadership earned her recognition as a finalist for superintendent. Yvette’s ​experiences at the State Department of Education enabled her to support school leaders and teachers across the state ​by providing support and resources that empowered school leaders to drive meaningful change for students.


Today, Yvette applies her extensive experience as the founder and CEO of The Acceleration Coach. Known for her ​collaborative, inquiry-based coaching style, Yvette builds trusting relationships that support educators and other ​leaders as they provide life-altering learning experiences and community services. Her guidance has helped create ​environments where educators, students, and staff achieve at their highest levels.


Yvette is deeply committed to growth, equity, and innovation, ensuring that every leader she works with is equipped to ​positively impact their schools and communities.
